Introduction

Welcome to Swasya. By accessing our website, purchasing farmland, or subscribing to our managed farmland services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, investors, visitors, and users of our platform and services.

Nature of Services

Swasya facilitates:

  • The sale and transfer of legally verified agricultural farmland.

  • Development and management of farmland through optional service plans.

  • Access to information, documentation, and support related to farmland ownership.

Swasya does not provide financial advisory services, investment guarantees, or income/yield assurances of any kind.

Land Purchase & Allotment Terms

3.1 All farmland offered for sale is subject to availability, government regulation, and due-diligence verification.
3.2 Buyers must meet all eligibility conditions under applicable state agricultural land laws.
3.3 All necessary KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Address Proof, etc.) must be submitted accurately.
3.4 Allotment of land is confirmed only after receipt of payment as per the agreed schedule.
3.5 Any delay or default in payment may result in cancellation or reassignment of the allotted parcel.
3.6 Stamp Duty, Registration Fees, and Government Taxes are borne solely by the buyer.

Managed Farmland Services

4.1 Managed farmland services are optional and governed by a separate Service Agreement.
4.2 Agricultural output, crop yield, or returns are not guaranteed, as farming outcomes depend on weather, natural conditions, and market factors.
4.3 Swasya will not be responsible for loss or damage to crops due to natural disasters, pest attacks, climatic variations, or other uncontrollable events.
4.4 Clients must not interfere with ongoing farm operations unless supervised by Swasya staff.
4.5 Any visitor accessing the farmland must follow all safety protocols and instructions.

Access to Farms & Safety

5.1 Visits to managed farmlands must be scheduled in advance.
5.2 Swasya is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during a farm visit.
5.3 Children and minors must be supervised at all times.
5.4 Clients must respect the privacy and property of other landowners and staff.

Insurance

Clients are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage for personal safety, land structures, or any activities conducted on the farmland.

Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Any cancellation of bookings, reservations, or service subscriptions may incur a cancellation fee.
7.2 Payments already made toward the purchase of land may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the specific agreement signed.
7.3 Swasya reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service, activity, or farm-visit due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Website Usage Terms

8.1 All content on this website — text, images, branding, and media — is the intellectual property of Swasya.
8.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8.3 Information provided on the website is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the relevant state where the property is situated.
